  1. Keep the IGF-1 vial upright and insert the syringe into the center of the cap.
  2. Pull the plunger to draw the correct amount (refer to the 'Dosage' section below) into the syringe and carefully remove it.
  3. Clean the skin area with alcohol before injection.
  4. Pinch the skin around the injection site, leaving about 2 cm on each side.
  5. Hold the syringe at a 90-degree angle to the skin and quickly insert it.
  6. Fully depress the plunger until the syringe is empty, then withdraw it carefully.

DOSAGE

Recommended Dosage for Lean Muscle Growth and Fat Loss:

  • 40 mcg - 50 mcg daily (Men)
  • 10 mcg - 20 mcg daily (Women)
