Each white scored tablet, marked with "ZADITEN," contains 1 mg of ketotifen fumarate. The inactive ingredients include calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium stearate, and maize starch.

For those who prefer a tasty option, each 5 mL serving of strawberry-flavored syrup also contains 1 mg of ketotifen fumarate, along with inactive components such as alcohol, citric acid, methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium phosphate, sorbitol solution, strawberry flavoring, sucrose, and water.
