  • Have recently taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) like phenelzine within the last two weeks, as this could lead to serious or life-threatening effects. Ensure a gap of at least 14 days after stopping Strattera before starting an MAOI.
  • Have narrow-angle glaucoma (increased eye pressure)
  • Have serious heart conditions that may worsen due to increased heart rate or blood pressure caused by Strattera
  • Have a history of vascular issues in your brain, such as stroke or aneurysm
  • Have an adrenal gland tumor (phaeochromocytoma)

    • If any of these apply to you, refrain from using Strattera and consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist for guidance, as Strattera may worsen these conditions.

    Warnings and Considerations:

    Before starting Strattera, individuals of all ages should review the following warnings. Consult your healthcare professional if you have:

  • Suicidal thoughts or behaviors

    Pre-Treatment Assessments:
