Introducing CJC-1295, a powerful synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) composed of 30 amino acids. This remarkable peptide has been shown to effectively stimulate the secretion of growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1, all while preserving the natural pulsatile rhythm of GH release.

CJC-1295 is often used in conjunction with Ipamorelin due to its enhanced specificity as a GHRH. Unlike other peptides, CJC-1295 promotes growth hormone release without triggering appetite stimulation or increases in cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, and aldosterone. It is well-tolerated and works synergistically with Ipamorelin for optimal results.

Target Gland: Pituitary

Benefits of CJC-1295:
  • Boosted growth hormone and IGF-1 levels without elevating prolactin
  • Increased body weight and length resulting from enhanced protein synthesis
  • Accelerated muscle growth
  • Improved bone density
  • Stronger immune system function
  • Enhanced cognitive abilities and memory retention
  • Increased collagen production for better skin health
  • Effective fat reduction
  • Promoted cellular repair and regeneration

CJC-1295 also aids in achieving slow-wave deep sleep, essential for muscle recovery, memory consolidation, and overall rejuvenation.

Two Forms of CJC-1295:

GHRH is produced in the hypothalamus, with its pulsatile release stimulating a corresponding secretion of GH from the pituitary gland. However, GHRH has a short half-life of just a few minutes.

The active portion of GHRH consists of the first 29 amino acids, which can be synthesized into a peptide known as Sermorelin. Sermorelin was modified to extend its half-life to 30 minutes, leading to the creation of CJC-1295. Further enhancement with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) allows CJC-1295 to bind to blood protein albumin, extending its half-life to 8 days, referred to as CJC-1295 + DAC. There is also a non-DAC version of CJC-1295 that mimics a more natural GH spike nightly.

The extended half-life with DAC means that injections are required only once or twice a week. However, the steady blood levels may provide a continuous stimulus for GH release, which might not perfectly align with natural physiological conditions, potentially reducing the amplitude of the GH pulse and its tissue-stimulating effects.

Safety Considerations:

To optimize your results, we recommend taking "hormone holidays" every three to six months for a duration of three months. This allows your pituitary gland to recover. During these breaks, Sermorelin can serve as a suitable alternative to CJC-1295 + DAC.

These hormone holidays can also help minimize potential GH resistance, which could develop due to antibodies that deactivate GH or a decrease in GH receptors through down-regulation. While these considerations remain theoretical due to the scarcity of long-term studies, they are worth noting.

Possible side effects of CJC-1295 may include localized reactions at the injection site (such as irritation, redness, swelling, pain, and itching), headaches, diarrhea, vasodilation (flushing, warmth, temporary drops in blood pressure), nausea, and abdominal discomfort.
